Cal coastal climate. embodied is a home that simultaneously looking towards the future (technologically feature rich), while remembering the melancholy tech lift strategies of the former; a time before air conditioning and forced philosophy units existed.
The goal of this keep at was to design besides construct a highly producing native that would employ passive and active strategies to significantly reduce, energy, water, and resource consumption all while delivering a modern, comfortable and livable at ease for a grassy family of six.
Through concerted research, experimentation and a good turn of faith, the domicile proved a beefing up consuming 65% less electricity than relate mandated standards besides 55% less bedew than homes of comparable size cast away sacrificing comfort or aesthetics.
